Warranty, Return & Sales Policy

1. Proof of Purchase

  • The ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE IS REQUIRED for all returns, exchanges, warranties, and core
    returns.

  • NO copies, photos, or duplicates will be accepted.

2. Taxes

  • Sales tax is charged on all new and used parts as required by law.

3. Accepted Payments

  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
  • Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard (valid I.D. required).
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Delivery and freight charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS.

4. Minimum Charge

  • Minimum charge of $20.00 applies to miscellaneous items.

5. Warranty Coverage

  • Standard warranties begin on the date of the ORIGINAL INVOICE.
  • Most parts include a 30-DAY WARRANTY from the date of purchase.
  • Engines, transmissions, and differentials include a 91-DAY WARRANTY.
  • Warranty covers parts that are defective or non-functional under normal use.
  • Buyer must replace all fluids, lubricants, antifreeze, and filters with manufacturer-approved products.
  • If defective within warranty period: replacement, store credit, or refund (subject to 25% restocking fee if replacement available).

6. Exclusions (Sold As-Is – No Warranty)

  • Electrical parts, tires, body parts, and special orders/cuts are sold AS IS – NO WARRANTY.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO LABOR WARRANTY on any merchandise.
  • Robbins Auto Salvage is NOT RESPONSIBLE for labor costs, installation, removal, damage, or
    loss resulting from use of any part.

7. Returns & Restocking

  • Non-defective parts may be returned within 30 DAYS of purchase.
  • 25% RESTOCKING FEE applies to accepted non-defective returns or if replacement part is
    available.
  • Returns must be in original condition with markings intact.
  • Returns without ORIGINAL INVOICE will NOT be accepted.
  • No returns accepted after warranty period expires.

8. Engines & Cylinder Heads

  • Equipped with heat tabs and identification stamps.
  • Warranty VOID if heat tab center is melted.
  • Warranty VOID if identification markings are removed or altered.
  • Warranty VOID if part is tampered with.

9. Core Returns

  • Cores must be returned within 30 DAYS with original invoice.
  • Cores must be in acceptable condition.
  • Failure to return required core may VOID warranty.

10. Deposits & Special Orders

  • Deposit required for special orders or removed/ordered parts.
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Deposits valid for 15 DAYS ONLY. After 15 days, deposit is forfeited.
